Nedstat Academy receives Cedeo Quality Mark

Amsterdam, 26 February 2009 - Nedstat Academy has been awarded with the Quality Mark from Cedeo, the independent institute for auditing and certification of HR-service providers in the Netherlands and Belgium. The certification is based on an assessment of the Nedstat Academy offering and rates the quality of the open course curriculum and tailored in-company trainings as outstanding.

Cedeo's certification incorporates the results of a customer satisfaction survey held among purchasers of trainings. The survey consisted of a variety of criteria including the evaluation of training content, presentation, trainers, organisation, price-performance ratio and more. At least 80% of clients need to be 'satisfied to very satisfied' with the service, cooperation and achieved results to receive the Cedeo certification.

The final outcome of the survey among Nedstat customers unveils that nearly 100% of Nedstat Academy participants are 'satisfied to very satisfied' with the Academy trainings, having rated them as 'very practical, highly educational and well organized'.

The Cedeo Quality Mark follows Nedstat Academy's official registration as a professional training institute in France by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment last year.
